$100 3 winner question

Hi - I just want to make sure I understand the rules for the $100 leagues.

I know for sure that the "winner takes all - free entry" leagues are total points for 16 weeks. I see that as I pull up my live scoring (no opponent).

But, in the $100 3-prize leagues I see an opponent. Therefore I assume this is also a 13 week head to head with a playoff format weeks 14-16. Is that correct?
