NFFC New York League 8
Sorry for the delay guys as this league consisted of some late signups and I needed to get clearance for some payments. We are going to have a few guys on the phone for this one, but it's going to be a blast with some veteran owners. Here's the draft order for New York League 8 and remember that it starts promptly at 1 p.m. EST on Saturday, Sept. 3rd at the New York Hilton:
1. Greg Miller
2. Kurt Damron
3. Rob Benetti
4. Stephen Ranaghan
5. Dave Sessions/Tom Greutman
6. Korey Gardner
7. Jeff Smith
8. Hank Cantrell
9. Frank Marino
10. Ryan Houston
11. Hector Castro
12. John Piontek
13. Rod Saylor
14. John Asfar

I am so stoked to be part of the NFFC this year.
This is my first entry into this challenge and I am proud to be part of it.
I hope to turn the "3 Spot" into $$$ for my Charities this year. Any and all money I win in this challenge will go to my 3 charities.
I look forward to meeting all (most that is) of you in NY. I am fromn Chicago but will be in Philly for a wedding the day of the draft. It is also my wifes birthday so if any of you are Attorneys, I may need your help.
Good Luck to all of you as I hope to crush you all this year.
By the way, the team name that you all will be looking up at this year is: FF4Charity.com

Good draft guys - I'm looking forward to seeing the final rosters. There were a few suprise picks (IMHO). I felt like I drafted a solid, but not great team, with the 8th pick.

Did anyone see the results of this league? Holy %$&@!! Manning 1st overall, followed by Culpepper????? The guys sitting there with the 3rd and 4th picks must have pulled an Eddie Gillis and fallen out of their chairs...

Having the 3rd pick, I did have to ask a couple of times, "WHO?". It almost felt wrong to say "Tomlinson" at 1.3. Not that wrong though.
I was shocked on a quite a few occasions and had Ryan steal a couple of players who may or may not have made it back to me.
I feel too comfortable with my team right now. I think that may be bad but time will tell.
Good luck to all and kudos to our facilitators who had the toughest job of all and performed flawlessly.
