Wouldn't that be great if you knew someone who was loaded and believed in your FF knowledge so much they would put up all of the cheese for every league you wanted to enter?

Johnny You talking about hiding the DC and auction boards the day before?

I agree with that, as I too was a Willie Parker fan, as I took him in both the Dc and the auction (but I really don't think the guy who took him in the Main knew I liked him that much).

Unfortunately, he went in round 5 in my Main. :(

[/QUOTE]Yes, talking about Not showing them to the main event guys the next day....Everyone was looking at those things before the draft....I was on both boards with parker in both auction and DC and LJ in the DC.

You don't think that some guy who has only done one event that being the main event got info from that board?....If you look and see that willie went in the 4-5 round tells you something you didn't know. Now you know when to pull the trigger to get him.

Johnny I didn't see any of the boards in view in Chicago for the main. Were they displayed to the public in N.Y.?? If so, that doesn't seem right.

BTW, the guy who took him in our league, Billy and myself, didn't truly know what he was doing anyways........he took Daunte #2 or #3, can't remember, and then followed that pick with Burleson and Barlow!

Johnny I understand Johnny, but again.... a DC in JUNE is not going to make much of a difference at all. The NIGHT BEFORE the draft ......ABSOLUTELY!

Reminds of 2004 in NY, when they let Adam Caplan (football injuries) get up and talk to everyone 20 -30 minutes BEFORE the Main!!

A bunch of people were asking questions about this guy, that guy, how serious is this injury, etc... I have to admit I wasn't happy about it, because I did my homework, and some guys were "getting a free ride".

So I TOTALLY understand what you are saying about drafts WITHIN A FEW WEEKS of the DC/Auction/Main. Trust me RI, if EVERYONE posted (and I agree they shouldn't) this DC on 6/25 on the boards, virtually NO ONE would remember a damn thing in 2 months, because there will be MANY more mocks, new info, etc. all around.

We haven't even had Training Camp yet! All it is going to take is for ONE serious injury to a 1st (or even 2nd) rounder (and you know it will happen!) and that will turn the fantasy workd UPSIDE DOWN!

Can you imagine if one of the "Big 3" got hurt??? That would completely change the ENTIRE draft!
