I refused to bid on anyone in the Classic or Auction FAAB tonight. There was absolutely no one that was worthy, in my opinion, for a bid. When the top FAAB pickups for the week are Devery Henderson and Rex Grossman, we know its a slim week. There's a pretty good chance that those will be two of the best players in the Classic FAAB all year.
From what I am seeing, Grossman went to Manning owners, so that makes a little sense. Problem is, no one else really needed a QB. There were no other injuries, so the RU bid on those Grossman winning bids were low.

grossman for 852!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    This is in a Classic main, not an OC!
Still.. its Rex Grossman... Who had a decent week against the most depleted secondary in the NFL
No....he gets the worst secondary in the league THIS week. They made Cam Newton and Steve Smith look like all pros. Both will find much tougher sledding this week against Green Bay.
Umm.. Steve Smith has been an all pro several times, and Cam Newton at least has star potential...

I'm no Rex Grossman fan, but dude also threw for 840 yards and 7 TDs in his 3 starts last year.

That's 110 points in his 4 starts as a Redskin. There are worse ways to spend your money.

As a Colston owner, we missed on Henderson in Classic, 399-381. :(
