2007 Top Three DEF's (and their 2008 rankings)
1 SD (18)
2 NE (17)
3 SEA (22) All very valid points along with the Balt/Philly stats you provided on the other thread.
I would lay $$$ out though that SF comes nowhere close to the success that Balt and Philly enjoyed last season.
Anyway it's still fun bustin your chops. I can't wait to hang out again in Chi-town. [/QUOTE]I'm not betting on SF, but I'm just saying ...
I will have 4 DEF's, and I hope 2 of them go for $3

Luck in FF is like a game of Russian Roulette. The BWaz's of the world only have one bullet to spin - the rest of us have two. It's still mostly luck, but ...

I'll be happy with 3 defenses.

i was really torn last night about Cutler. He was my number one target going into this draft. If there was no news out of Denver at all, I would have went to 38 or so for him. Now with all of the stuff that happened (including Marshall's apparent arrest) I sort of wish I hadn't got him. Oh well. It probably saved me a few bucks.
Where did he go in your guys' other slow draft?

He went 4.6 in the slow draft. (right after Brady and before Romo, Rodgers, and Rivers)

In my winning auction dc last year I had 4 average DEF's and scored 80 pts more than the DEF avg for the league. Taking B Berrian off my team would have cost me the same 80 pts(because of best ball)
How much will the projected 26th wideout go for? If my DEF's turn out to be above average they're worth even more (NYG, CHI, SF so far).
