OBJECTION! if you feel you MUST allow them to make picks, don't let them mooch of the picks already made. have them select from teams not already picked.
Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?

I guess we have one person who is the lone dissenter, GG.

He posted on the other thread that he thinks they should get -100 if they want to play.

I see no reason to do this but he has the right to his opinion.
people get a free peek at everyone else's picks. duke posted the rules, let's stick to them.
I have to agree with this.

KJ had everything posted in advance.

Great idea. (e-mail)

It will also serve as a reminder.

Next year I, I mean Diesel, will help get this contest going.

We'll use a website that does everything. You don't need to send an email to the "commissioner". You don't need to wait for the spreads. And you don't need the commish to post the picks.

With this website, you make your picks by yourself. The spreads lock in whatever day the league agrees upon. You can see all other picks, either after each game starts, or after the week is played...

In any case, having the website readily available will leave all the work to YOU. I used the site once, and noone ever had a problem with it.

But that's 2008.

Good Luck.

There are several good sites who let you set up your own challenge for a nominal fee.

I also agree that the MB isn't the best way to administer this thing. An email would be best.

Suggestion: KJ, when you get all of the picks (including mine), fire them off to me and I will send out my spreadsheet to everyone?
