Is that for starting points or all points (incl. benck players)?

Thanks!
No offense, really. Have you played fantasy football before?

Starters, obviously.

Sorry, JerseyPaul...

Didn't mean to bother you with a simple question.
I've played in plenty of fantasy league, each with it's own quirky rules (ie. sometimes bench points do factor in for making the playoffs).

I'm not quoted on Bloomberg or anything, but trust me I'm plenty smart enough in the realm of fantasy football. You'll see... starting tomorrow night.

Last year, the top 3 picks in most drafts (in various order) were LT, Portis, & R. Williams (and even Faulk crept in there). The only one who produced VERY well was LT. Portis had A LOT of average games, before he busted out against KC and Cleveland (when most people were out of it), and Ricky surely was not worth a top 3 pick!

It is going to be difficult to compete at #14, but I have a few strategies that just might keep me "in the mix". Auction is the way to go, and if Greg and Tom are listening, maybe consider doing a HIGH STAKES auction next year (like the NFFC) as I for one have realized that $1,250 is a lot to spend HOPING to get lucky with a "good" draft pick (I guess I should have realized it sooner, but hey.... I was living the dream!" ;)

You can't give a guy an opening like that and not expect him to use it.

I understand that rules can be quirky and you were just making sure. No hard feelings, I hope.

See you tomorrow.

It wasn't much of a program--just put the numbers in an Excel spreadsheet with a =sum( ) command on the bottom. People just needed to pay attention a little better.

I think it's pretty universal that everyone enjoyed this event. The best part, which I'm kind of surprised nobody has touched on, was being thanked ("$10" "Thank you" "$12" "Thank you") every time you made a bid.

Good luck to all!
