I think for the future you should not treat these as prep for the bigger auctions. Just have the entire auction be 30 or 35 players at $200 cap. People can adjust.
I've signed up for Monday night's $50 auction. My buddy should also be signing up. Still may sign up for Thursday, if no poker that night then I will....

We've never had 30 or 35 player auctions Pete and I don't think that's the way we want to go. Personally, I think having consistent auction values is a huge plus for those looking to do a variety of auction leagues either online or live or both.boutrous11 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 7:43 amI think for the future you should not treat these as prep for the bigger auctions. The auction/DC draft format has proven to be a massive hit in baseball for those who love auctions but don't want another FAAB league. We'll pursue this same approach here and see how it goes. Based on what we saw in baseball having these online auctions did prove to be great prep for the live auctions as well as a way to get people into those live auctions for the first time. So if you sign up for one of our satellite auctions and do well it could open the door to come join us live. That's what we'd like to see happen.

It's still early in the drafting/auction season, so no worries about these early leagues not selling out. But we want folks to try out the online auction software, so we've added a $50 best ball auction on Monday night. 12 teams, 20 rounds of the auction on Monday night followed by a slow draft format. Easy with good league prizes to the Top 2 finishers and you don't have to do anything after the draft is done. Who wants to join us on Monday night?Marc Quitsch wrote: ↑Thu Jun 14, 2018 2:42 pmI see my post really got things moving. Easy fellas. Not all at once! Lmao. Well, I tried.
C'mon, we can do this.

I’m going to keep joining these each week, Billy. Thursday is the only day I can’t do next week though.
