SOLD OUT: Sept. 6th NFFC $1300 Best Ball Live League

One of the fastest growing formats in fantasy football is Best Ball leagues and it's something the NFFC has been offering since 2004. In fact, we started with our NFFC Classic, Live Auction Leagues and Live Draft Champions leagues.

We changed the name of that contest from Draft Champions to Best Ball leagues once that term became synonymous with "draft and be done" leagues. We now offer FOUR NFFC Best Ball Live leagues with entry fees at $1,300 per team and league prizes at $8,000. All prize money is given to the Top 3 teams in each league as there is no overall prize pool in the Best Ball Live leagues.

All four Best Ball Live leagues are being offered in Las Vegas, but you can also draft Online. Each of these leagues will likely be an equal mix of Live and Online drafters and the leagues get done in just over 2 hours. We'll provide food and drink in Las Vegas, but once the draft is done your job is done. The computer picks the optimal scoring lineup of every team in every league and the team with the most points after Week 17 wins $8,000.

It's that easy.

Okay, three of these NFFC Best Ball Live leagues are close to filling. We have ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT in the Las Vegas/Online leagues on Friday, August 30th at 10 am PT and 2 pm PT, and ONLY 3 SPOTS LEFT in the Friday, September 6th, 10 am PT league. Again, we'll take Live or Online drafters for these final spots and we'll close these leagues once they are full. Draft spots are announced five days before Draft Day.

And if you're looking for an even greater challenge when it comes to Best Ball leagues, check out our NFFC 12-Team Kickoff Gridiron League. This one has a $1,000 entry fee, but you then bid with real dollars for your first round slot and then bid again with real dollars for your second round slot. The draft spot you win in that second round bidding is your draft spot for the rest of the draft. All of the money that is raised through the draft slot bidding process will then be awarded equally to each weekly top scoring team. Last year that was over $600 per week.

It's a fun, fun concept and we hope to get everyone live in Las Vegas. If we had to fill with one or two Online drafters, we could make it work but let's fill it up live first. NOW ONLY 3 SPOTS LEFT!!!
