No, we did not go off the ADP. The instructions were to fill his legal starting lineup first, before picking reserves. That is what we did. He got the highest ranked defense and kicker, then we went back to the top of the list.

And while he may not have a lineup filled with active players, he has a legal lineup with regards to players filling the requisite positions.

I'll let Fanball handle all further commenting, but will address anything via PM.
1. Have you ever played FF before?
2. Have you kept up with players this off season?
3. Drafting 4 Wr's?
4. Drafting 4 QB's?
5. Drafting 6 RB's?

My guess is because of 3-5 is that IF you have played you have not done very well.
The rules as explained to us did not allow for subjectivity. The only provision was making sure the team had a full lineup before picking reserves and to take the top one off the ADP list.

That is what we did and has been pointed out was what we were supposed to do.

I'll say this I feel bad for the guys in this League, there all Great guys and Great Players. I would not have been happy if I were in this League.

'full lineup' To me means guys that can take the field at the time they were drafted. At least 4 are out for the season, so 'NO' you did not have a full lineup before you went on to Def. and kickers and the waterboy. :D

?, you told players that you spoke to Greg, is that not true? I did not talk to Greg nor did I tell anyone that I had.

Seth talked to Tom and Geoff Stein. I did not speak to anyone and never claimed that I did.

As I explained earlier, the list is the one that we sent out to all of the cities in case someone doesn't show up.

I don't believe there's any reason to feel bad for anyone in this league. Something unfortunate occurred but we'll move on and those participating in the NFFC will hopefully have a great season. There's certainly plenty of reason to be excited about what's to come, that's for sure.

Let's keep the facts straight, everyone. The last thing anyone needs is to have inaccurate statements passed around as facts. Thanks.

'todd told us that he talked to you(Greg) and thats the way you wanted it to go. others will tell you same thing.'

Just want to make sure that the wrong 'facts' don't get out there. So this is not true?

Thanks,

John
You have NO skin in this contest. As per usual your post adds NOTHING to the thread. EVERYONE involved has explained their decisions. All you're doing is piling on here John. Can't you find some other board for your blather ?

John, I'm only going to say this one more time - Seth contacted me right before the start of the draft. I told him to keep trying to contact Erick and use the Top 300 list to draft from per our stated rules until he showed up. That's it. End of story.
