However tamu, you could look at it that you would have lost by much more if the coach knew Favre wasn't cleared to play and kept him out for that lone TD pass....see look at it that way and realize the excitement you thus had...you were getting your monies worth... ;)

I was definitely getting my money's worth, Bongizmo, as I also had M. Faulk and Eric Johnson and I can't tell you how many times I cussed out Martz and Rattay. One more fricking catch by either one so you know I stayed up until midnight. :D

Been there myself, heck I also needed some padding of stats as i sit staring a certain defeat in the face...up by 8+ against Gonzo, can only hope he pulls a hammy in warm ups I guess...

First and goal at the one, I'd have rather had the Faulk td over the Wilkins fg. Steven Jackson may already have pictures on Martz. A rookie who has put the ball on the carpet in previous games getting the red zone carries? And yes, I saw the Johnson drop that would have been for no gain but the 1 point would have been priceless. But why Rattay couldn't find Johnson in the red zone was mind boggling. He was wide open in the end zone on the Archuleta holding call. The stuff that makes this game fun.

bongizmo...

i think there are lots of "variables" that are left that make fantasy football exciting outside of whether some owner quits or is not compitent and starts a stud on a bye week.... i was just brain storming ideas regarding this issue that has clearly generated some interest...

tamuscarecrow..

i did not "diss" any las vegas league.. i was simply repeating what some others here have said regarding some of the blunder draft moves made in some of those leagues... lighten up dude...lol where people are in the standings can have more to do with the rash of crazy injuries this season then anything else...
